Third-Party Listing Policy — Northwind Marketplace
1. Prohibited claims
1.1 Listings may not claim to treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
1.2 Listings may not claim FDA approval, clearance, or endorsement.
2. Off-platform activity
2.1 Listings may not contain phone numbers, email addresses, or messaging handles.
2.2 Listings may not ask buyers to pay outside the marketplace. This is rejected outright.
3. Counterfeit risk
3.1 A listing that names a luxury brand and is priced under $100 is flagged for counterfeit review, and if it also asserts authenticity it is rejected instead.
4. Regional and seller rules
4.1 Blades and tools are age-restricted: they may not be listed by new sellers, and in the EU marketplace they are not accepted from any seller.
4.2 New sellers' electronics listings priced above $500 are flagged for review before publication.
